ab9cfdf49a refactor: language handling in versions.html 
In addition to streamlining the implementation, makes it possible to alphabetize by language display name rather than language code.

f0e1714c25 refactor: Move contacts troubleshooting entry to existing section 
Moved the lone Contacts entry in the general troubleshooting chapter over to the existing Troubleshooting section that already exists within the Groupware chapter.

Minor correcting of phrasing, formatting, and grammar.
