To be in compliance with RFC6797 and https://hstspreload.org/, line 31 about the Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) Header should have a minimum max-age of 31536000 seconds, and not have a ";" symbol at the end.

743b445b06 Version detection 
In the previous command, the `|&` was not a typo but intentional. Was removed outside of github AFAIK.

The output of `php occ version` is on `STDERR`.

Anyway, now this is a POSIX way to detect version.
