5b9dbd6d30 Delete user_manual/locale/th/LC_MESSAGES directory 
We don not need thai translation files here as there is no thai configured at Transifex.

This folder has only one file and is a relict.

If thai will be added it should be "th_TH" as in the software project

We need only one hungarian translation.
This folder has only one file and is a relict.
