dc0b8d9c39 fix(nginx): adjust config to changed ocm-provider 
- Since 27.1.2 and 26.0.8 ocm-provider is not a dir anymore, but
  implemented in a usual Controller. Nginx webserver config requires
  adjustemnts.

6825c5bfbb chore: Use default python installation for pipenv 
Arch (which I use, btw) comes with Python 3.11. This makes `pipenv
--python 3.9``fail because I don't have that version.

It seems easier to just let pipenv pick the available version.
