432ecfe996 updated CLI commands to use rm command (#23257)
<!--Delete sections as needed -->

## Updated guides/databases.md to consistently use `docker rm --force
my-sql` in the guide instead of sometimes using `docker remove --force
my-mysql`

<!-- Tell us what you did and why -->

## Updated for consistency so all commands use `rm` also I think
`remove` is not a valid docker command?

3c3bd8f1b6 Fix example usage of COMPOSE_ENV_FILES (#23253)
## Description
The example results in the second file being a command to be executed
and not part of the environment variable's value.

Quoting the value would address it as well, but thought it far more
likely the space was an accident rather than trying to show an example
of files containing spaces.

f77ddf3728 freshness: security and subscription (#23230)
<!--Delete sections as needed -->

## Description
Final freshness updates for Security and Subscription pages. Apologies
ahead of time, it is a lot of file updates :')

Updates include:
- Major overhaul of ECI content (this could use the most review)
- Fine tuning of the rest of the docs in these sections (includes
consistency with headings/formatting, page structure, fixing passive
voice, simplifying)
- Deleted all content shortcodes 🥳

_Vale errors can mostly be ignored unless you see something glaringly
wrong. I addressed all the typo/spelling ones, and added some terms to
accept.txt_

b3a79c9672 build(deps): bump actions/download-artifact from 4 to 5 (#23204)
Bumps
[actions/download-artifact](https://github.com/actions/download-artifact)
from 4 to 5.
<details>
<summary>Release notes</summary>
<p><em>Sourced from <a
href="https://github.com/actions/download-artifact/releases">actions/download-artifact's
releases</a>.</em></p>
<blockquote>
<h2>v5.0.0</h2>
<h2>What's Changed</h2>
<ul>
<li>Update README.md by <a
href="https://github.com/nebuk89"><code>@nebuk89</code></a> in <a

<li>BREAKING fix: inconsistent path behavior for single artifact
downloads by ID by <a
href="https://github.com/GrantBirki"><code>@GrantBirki</code></a> in <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/actions/download-artifact/pull/416">actions/download-artifact#416</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>v5.0.0</h2>
<h3>🚨 Breaking Change</h3>
<p>This release fixes an inconsistency in path behavior for single
artifact downloads by ID. <strong>If you're downloading single artifacts
by ID, the output path may change.</strong></p>
<h4>What Changed</h4>
<p>Previously, <strong>single artifact downloads</strong> behaved
differently depending on how you specified the artifact:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>By name</strong>: <code>name: my-artifact</code> → extracted
to <code>path/</code> (direct)</li>
<li><strong>By ID</strong>: <code>artifact-ids: 12345</code> → extracted
to <code>path/my-artifact/</code> (nested)</li>
</ul>
<p>Now both methods are consistent:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>By name</strong>: <code>name: my-artifact</code> → extracted
to <code>path/</code> (unchanged)</li>
<li><strong>By ID</strong>: <code>artifact-ids: 12345</code> → extracted
to <code>path/</code> (fixed - now direct)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Migration Guide</h4>
<h5> No Action Needed If:</h5>
<ul>
<li>You download artifacts by <strong>name</strong></li>
<li>You download <strong>multiple</strong> artifacts by ID</li>
<li>You already use <code>merge-multiple: true</code> as a
workaround</li>
</ul>
<h5>⚠️ Action Required If:</h5>
<p>You download <strong>single artifacts by ID</strong> and your
workflows expect the nested directory structure.</p>
<p><strong>Before v5 (nested structure):</strong></p>
<pre lang="yaml"><code>- uses: actions/download-artifact@v4
  with:
    artifact-ids: 12345
    path: dist
# Files were in: dist/my-artifact/
</code></pre>
<blockquote>
<p>Where <code>my-artifact</code> is the name of the artifact you
previously uploaded</p>
</blockquote>
<p><strong>To maintain old behavior (if needed):</strong></p>
<pre lang="yaml"><code>&lt;/tr&gt;&lt;/table&gt;
</code></pre>
</blockquote>
<p>... (truncated)</p>

0ca5b57ba3 Update etwlogs.md
The command doesn't work as intended.
Explanation for the fix:
1. Windows requires the GUID inside quotes because it's treated as a string (the provider name) in this context. Without quotes, the command parser may interpret the braces or hyphens incorrectly.
2. Passing 0x0 as the only flag after the provider GUID is valid. Supplying two numbers like 0 0 (as in some bad examples) misleads logman, which tries to interpret the second value as outputFormat.
3. The -o trace.etl must be at the end and not mistaken for a different parameter like -f (output format), unless you're also explicitly setting -f to text or xml.
