This commit rewords a little bit the part of the doc about
supported browsers, with an emphasis on the fact that the browser
must always be up-to-date, which customers sometimes forget (and
report issues because of this).

Since odoo/odoo#175562, the interface to set the low credit notification
email has changed slightly.
Before, you had to tick a "Warn Me" box to enable the notifications, and
then set a warning threshold and some recipient email.
Now, the threshold is shown directly and you then need to set a list of
users as the recipients of the notification email.

Modify the current "Odoo electronic invoicing in Brazil" section to be clearer about what Odoo covers as of now.
The current documentation is misleading, specifying that we covered EDI documents that we don't cover.
This user document section was used by the new AI Support Chat, giving wrong information to users when asking about these topics.

Previously, Odoo limited offers of the same product to be sold in either
FBM or FBA. This limitation was caused by a lack of information on the
Odoo side that distinguished fulfillment channels on a per-product
basis, which did not permit the creation of multiple offers with
different channels.
With the upgrade of the inventory feed in odoo/enterprise#78897 and the
recent odoo/enterprise#78293, the fulfillmment channel of an offer is
tracked with each new orders coming in. This allows a product to be sold
in both FBA and FBM at the same time.
