bea69b25f4 [IMP] Add 19.1 changes to the MX loc 
https://www.odoo.com/es/odoo-19-1-release-notes

We changed some workflows in 19.1 that need to be added into the doc as we added:

-External trade invoices with services
-Cancellation acknowledgement
-Periodicity on global invoices
-Demo data is not current (Previous data still works, but this one works better for 19.1+ features).

214cf40b60 [FIX] ecommerce: clarify the configuration of C&C in multi-company 
Odoo does not support company mismatches between the website and the
fulfillment warehouse. So company of the selected warehouses in C&C
must match the website's company. Since this is not currently restricted
in the frontend, a mismatch results in unselectable pickup locations.
This note provides necessary configuration guidance for users.

4c3abb4036 [FIX] developer/api/external_api: xmlrpc removal postponed to 21.1/22 
The "rpc service" API (xmlrpc/jsonrpc) have been deprecated in 19.0,
JSON-2 acting as replacement. It was at first planned to be removed in
19.1/20 but we succeeded in convicing the management It Was A Bad Idea.

The removal is postponed to Odoo 21.1/22. This makes so that if the
[Standard and extended support] policy remains the same until the
release of Odoo 22, all versions supported with no additional fees (20,
21, 22) at that time will have JSON-2:
