[IMP] iot troubleshooting: add a troubleshooting item for printer
Relating to a ticket received recently.
Client was concerned about seeing multiple printers in CUPS
interface and in Odoo IoT app.
Turns out it's standard CUPS behaviour.
This commit updates the troubleshooting page to reflect this
information.
