Christoph Wurst 6825c5bfbb chore: Use default python installation for pipenv ...

Arch (which I use, btw) comes with Python 3.11. This makes `pipenv
--python 3.9``fail because I don't have that version.

It seems easier to just let pipenv pick the available version.
