9091425ab6 Fix formatting of occ log:manage options 
The double dash (--) wasn’t being rendered correctly:

• –backend [file, syslog, errorlog, systemd]
• –level [debug, info, warning, error]

is now

• –-backend [file, syslog, errorlog, systemd]
• –-level [debug, info, warning, error]
