nginx config: Fixed fastcgi_split_path_info regex
...
The previous regex didn't catch `/index.php/` which resulted in PHP-FPM being unable to process that site (required for the installation wizard).

* lines 157/158 I could not find am equivalent nextcloud.asc to verify the PGP signature.
* 435-439 This documentation does not seem to exist for Nextcloud, yet.
