replace 'ownCloud' by 'nextcloud'
I replaced references to ownCloud with two exceptions: * lines 157/158 I could not find am equivalent nextcloud.asc to verify the PGP signature. * 435-439 This documentation does not seem to exist for Nextcloud, yet.
