Rémy Voet (ryv) d8cf7f16ab [FIX] developer: fix bad documentation of --unaccent ...

In the CLI, `--unaccent` try to enable PostgreSQL unaccent extention
when odoo is responsible to create new database(s).

closes odoo/documentation#6241
