suju-odoo 94aa116fc7 [ADD] inventory: add new expiry alert behavior ...

https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/212154/ introduced new behavior to the
lot product expiry notification behavior. Now the notification will
prioritize Default User of the alert before considering product's
reponsible user.
