Christophe Monniez 8aed7988ba [FIX] deploy: reference the config parameter 
The deploy documentation is assuming that `/etc/odoo.conf` is the
default config file, which is not the case.

With this commit, the configuration file references the cli
documentation.

closes odoo/documentation#4785
