1cbc2699bc [FIX] iot: link to non-french url 
A previous PR added a new link to the supported printers that work with
the iot box, however, it has fr_FR in the URL so it will always redirect
to the french webpage. The language has been removed from here to solve
that.

Functionals support noted that the from filter part
without mail server was missing.
But was present on ancient documentation:

19049b656f [FIX] iot: add protocol setting to Toledo scale 
Refactor steps of the Mettler-Toledo scale configuration instructions to
make them clearer.

Add the 3.6 step to the instructions since it is responsible to
configure the protocol used and therefore required to be set to the
value 3 (8217 Mettler-Toledo (WO)) following
[the manual](https://www.mt.com/dam/RET_DOCS/Ariv.pdf) chapter. 2-7.

New functionality has been added to the IoT box
that allows it to communicate its status via the
onboard LEDs. This commit adds a short section
detailing the different states and the
recommended action the user should take.

1/ Revamp of email_servers to be a introduction and allow correct redirection
+ redirection to other pages linked to mailing + ToC of email_communication folder

2/ Splitting inbound and outbound message into subfiles:
2.a/ email_servers_inbound: all documentation related to incoming emails
2.b/ email_servers_outbound: documentartion related to outgoing emails

3/ email_domain (as before) about authentication protocols to set on domains.

4/ faq: complete revamp to better match usual issues about mailings.

Also: removed unused images, adding anchors on other docs.

_compute_outlook_uri is using get_base_url, providing the
web.base.url of the database that is subject to changed as
stated on the website documentation: if the user logging-in
is using another URL to connect to the db, and has the
