620508fb29 [FIX] getting_started: remove useless lambda 
The lambda function here is useless and makes newdooers think
they need to use it everytime.
`default=fields.Date.add(fields.Date.today(), months=3))`
should do the trick, no lambda involved.

bb04b18e7f [FIX] tutorials/getting_started: fix typos in example model name 
Commit f36c612d13 changed the model name
in Chapter 4 without updating the other occurences.

4f4e346953 [MOV] howto/rdtraining: move "Getting started" to the tutorials dir 
This commit also replaces references to the "Building a module"
tutorial by references to the "Getting started" tutorial.
