Relating to a ticket received recently.
Client was concerned about seeing multiple printers in CUPS
interface and in Odoo IoT app.
Turns out it's standard CUPS behaviour.
This commit updates the troubleshooting page to reflect this
information.

Spain introduces a new EDI called "Veri*Factu" to send all invoices
to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT).
It is mandatory for most tax payers (that cannot use any of the
other Spanish EDIs like SII or TicketBAI)
In the related community PR new modules were added to enable
sending invoices and PoS orders via "Veri*Factu".
This commit adds some documentation about how to enable and use
"Veri*Factu".

Odoo is officially registered with the DBA as of May 22, 2025.
This commit adds the relevant information to inform customers of the
conditions for compliance.
> According to Section 4(2) of the Executive Order on Notification and
> Registration, the provider of a registered digital standard
> bookkeeping system must clearly refer to the registration number in
> the marketing of the system and when entering into agreements for
> the use of the system. The term "clearly" refers to a reference that
> businesses are expected to immediately notice without having to read
> through a lengthy text. It is up to the provider to assess whether
> this is the case in practice, as the Danish Business Authority
> cannot approve specific wording proposals.
> This obligation applies to marketing and the conclusion of customer
> agreements that take place after receipt of the registration
> certificate, with allowance for necessary implementation time.

- Add Expiration Notification section to the inventory documentation.
This is a manual backport of the content (01cf1d3) that is currently on
18.0. At the moment, there is zero documentation for 17.0 users who are
curious about setting up expiration notifications.

New warning for automation disabling due to certificate owner selection
The warning advises users that if they assign a certificate owner, automatic sending of electronic documents and reception acknowledgements will be disabled.
The reason if that these actions are done by the OdooBot user through Scheduled Actions. If there is an assigned Certificate Owner the OdooBot is not able to use the certificate to sign the electronic documents.
