These changes make it so that:
a) References to the official store are like "ownCloud Apps Store"
b) References to a generic store are like "ownCloud apps store"
Other references to "ownCloud app" and "ownCloud apps" seem OK.
The document was self-inconsistent, so I have picked a standard here. If there is a different standard for the name of the official "ownCloud Apps Store" then let me know.

Doing these little edits slows down getting the manual read. But I guess it is worth it for the future to clean up little bits of rubbish as they are noticed.
