Update section Manual Upgrade Procedure
...
I changed the order of steps to perform the manually upgrade. The third party applications have to be disabled first. After putting the the server in maintenance mode it isn't possible to disable the apps. At second I have adjusted the enumeration.

Migration: data files' timestamp should be kept
...
Currently the migration doc only mentioned copying data files to the new
machine. However, if the data files are copied naively, all the clients
will redownload all the files after the migration is done. The migration
doc should mention this point.
