Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Update index.rst

I'd like to point people to the FAQ and our other resources (forums, IRC etc) more prominently. How about this? I could also add the forums, IRC etcetera directly here, but I think the FAQ addresses this better (pointing out to first google etc).
