54fc067bf4 Add support for plugin execution 
Plugin can be developed on top of terraform-docs/plugin-sdk and made
available to terraform-docs core project in:

- ~/.tfdocs.d/plugins/ or
- ./.tfdocs.d/plugins/ (this takes precedence if exists)
