43eedda772 Replace ownCloud contact channels w Nextclouds 
Mailing list replaced with forums, and IRC channels replaced with the ones for Nextcloud (that I know of). There doesn't seem to be a nextcloud-testing as there was an owncloud-testing. I can add tihs in if there are plans to use it.

0d9ca255c8 Correct valid app category strings for category in XML 
Although the ownCloud App store front-end webGUI has categories "Games" and "Tools" on the left side-bar for users to choose from, the string that goes in the app XML category tag is "game" or "tool".
