Generate a support dump for this engine.

Usage

docker run --rm \
  --name ucp \
  -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock \
  docker/ucp \
  support > docker-support.tgz

This utility will produce a support dump file on stdout for this local node.
