Sébastien Luttringer 533916fa6b Systemd service should not restart on failure

This should not be done by default but used by adminsys with a drop-in.d file,
for buggy daemons which crash without known fixes.

which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
