8f12ada11e cgroups: fix typo, soften language around upgrading to v2 
I expect that v1 will continue to work, but that v2 is preferred (since
it is where all the development is happening in the upstream Linux
kernel)

1795045f83 desktop/mac: move older release notes to archive 
- remove 3.x release notes from the current release notes page
- creates a sub-menu for older releases
- split into separate files for major (3.x, 2.x)
