04c702730d install: remove redundant & mismatched versions (#16476) 
We list the supported versions and then have an info panel
noting our macOS support policy. At the end of this, it then
repeated the supported versions. However, this list was out
of sync with the one immediately preceding it. Rather than
fix it, I removed the sentence entirely as it's literally the bullet
point it's providing clarification on in the first place.

* Clarify Docker Desktop for Linux custom context

Clarifying immediately that Docker Desktop for Linux has its own context would greatly improve the documentation and prevent further misunderstandings regarding allegedly missing images and containers, as well as problems regarding apps that use the default docker socket for communication (e.g. PhpStorm).

cd45850008 DD4L: Add direct download links back (#15313) 
Not having direct download linkks in the installation instruction may be
inconvenient for users who want to update desktop, or install it on a
distro that is not officially supported. So add those back.

d5b612281c DD4L: Replace download links with per-distro install instruction links 
Currently it's easy for users to skip the per-distro installation steps,
since direct download links for our packages are presented first. This
can lead to unnecessary frustration, since DD will not install if
pre-requisite steps are not followed. So instead of presenting package
download links in the most prominent spot, point users to per-distro
installation instructions.
