0dca2cdcd2 Remove web interface upgrade section 
Upgrading through the UCP UI is no longer an option so I've removed the section of instructions of that upgrade technique.

181c3c1691 Added checkmark by DCI for Azure (#9357) 
Yesterday's release of [Cluster](https://docs.docker.com/cluster/release-notes/#version-110) added support for Azure. Replaced "Coming Soon" with a Checkmark for Azure, and shuffled VMWare to the bottom row

4ad7f63f4c Removed extraneous azure.json entries (#9271) 
Currently we specify quite a few extra lines in the `azure.json` file that are unneeded due to the default values. 

I removed `cloudProviderBackoff` and its extraneous related values, and `useManagedIdentityExtension` since the default value is the same. 

Removing these entries tidies up and simplifies the sample `azure.json` for end users.
